    Alberta's Catering and Traveling Kitchen is named after my mother. It is a simple, yet elegant company started in 2022. I started my cooking journey at the age of 9. My mother taught me how to cook for my 2 brothers while she was at work. By age 10 I was cooking full meals. As my love for cooking grew, I attended Johnson and Wales University. I then relocated to Atlanta, GA where I have been featured on WBSTV, and worked hand in hand with the American Culinary Federation, GFIA, and many more. I have more than 35 years of food service experience.
